You know what it’s like to arrive in a late Sunday night in a strange town? You have made a plan how you will „sweep“ on the first taxi and everything will be OK. Also, just in case, you’ve made a Plan B – you’ve looked the timetable of the city buses.
But Fate does not sleep – she is lurking around the corner and chases away all the taxis from Pisa Centrale station, and as for the cherry on top – the bus I need disappears right in front of my eyes! I start exploring schedules again, searching for ticket vouchers, and I’m trying hard to control my anxiety that would kick in any moment.

It’s not Christmas, but miracles do happen! Along the way, Giacomo informed me how to get to the Faculty of Informatics, where and what to eat, and all the necessary information I need to know about Pisa. In the next few days I get to know my new friends a couple of times and I finally understand WHY RENESANCE had begun from Tuscany!
